Our History:
Industrial Weighing Systems Inc. was started in 1972 and has grown to be one of the largest independent scale distributors in the Delaware Valley. Our fair and honest reputation enables us to continue to expand our operations throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern Maryland, the entire states of Delaware and New Jersey.

Our Philosophy:
Our highly trained staff of professional Sales Engineers, Factory Trained Service Technicians and Office Personnel together with our networking partners are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality weighing equipment. Standard units or custom weighing systems are handled with the same individual care and attention.

Our reasonably priced expert calibrations and services are based on attaining zero error. Whether or not your scale equipment falls within your company's established tolerances, we calibrate as close to zero as possible. Every scale. Every time.

Our Accredited Service:
Industrial Weighing Systems is an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accredited Company. We provide service from 8 mobile labs operating from two fully equipted service center locations and two resident locations.

Our scope of calibration includes all types and classes of laboratory balances thru the full range of Industrial and commercial scales up to 200,000 lb vehicle and railroad scales. Calibrations are offered at 3 different levels including ISO 17025, Standard Handbook 44 and Non Standard.

Our Professional Staffing:
Industrial Weighing Systems maintains a courteous, professional, uniformed service staff of factory trained technicians who are licensed in four states. All of our service technicians have passed Independent Proficiency Testing which is repeated on an annual basis. Safety is of utmost importance at Industrial Weighing Systems Inc. In addition to the training done periodically at customer specific sites, safety training is also obtained on an annual basis through an approved independent training agency. Our sales department's vast experience offers innovative solutions to difficult weighing applications working with a number of Quality Approved Scale Manufacturing Companies.
