Omnicell® 9107 Series

The 9107 Omnicell features a double-ended shear beam design suitable for precision weighing of tanks, mixers and vessels in "sanitary" conditions. It is best suited for environments where contamination must be limited and controlled. The 9107 has a UBC Zone 4 rating and is also Factory Mutual approved for all classes, groups and divisions. This assembly has an all stainless steel construction with a passivated and electropolished mirror like finish. This Omnicell 9107 comes with 25 feet of Teflon® coated load cell cable.

Omnicell® 9104 Series

The 9104 Omnicell is a double-ended shear beam design suitable for use with high capacity tanks, bins and hoppers. This line features easy installation and self-checking capabilities. The 9104 is Factory Mutual approved for all classes, groups and divisions. It's suitable for UBC (Universal Building Code) Seismic Zone 4 applications. Available in two styles: cast stainless steel mounting assembly and a stainless steel hermetically sealed load cell; and zinc plated, cast ductile iron mounting assembly with tool steel nickel-plated load cell.

OmniCell® 9104 FB Series Weighing Assembly

9104 FB is an excellent choice for tank, bin and hopper weighing applications. All models include a stainless steel load cell with hermetically sealed welded covers for superior environmental protection and years of reliable and accurate performance.

Omnicell® 9105 Series

The 9105 Omnicell has a double-ended shear beam design suitable for high capacity tank, bin and hopper applications requiring "legal for trade" Omnicells with an NTEP Certificate of Conformance. The 9105 is Factory Mutual approved for all classes, groups and divisions. These assemblies offer easy installation and self-checking. The load cell is nickel plated alloy tool steel and mounting assembly is zinc plated cast ductile iron. The 9104 Omnicell comes with 25 feet of polyurethane load cell cable.

Omnicell® 9108 Series

The 9108 Omnicell features a compression design suitable for extremely large capacity tanks, bins, reactors and storage silos. The 9108 has a UBC Zone 2 rating and features easy installation and self-checking capability. Mounting hardware is hardened tool steel with nickel plating. The Omnicell 9108 comes with 25 feet of polyurethane load cell cable.

Omnicell® 9109 Series

The 9109 Omnicell has a double-ended design suitable for applications requiring high accuracy and extreme environmental protection. Features include a stainless steel, hermetically sealed load cell and both a zinc plated machined steel or machined stainless steel mounting assembly. The 9109 features Fairbanks' exclusive Neutral Axis Load Introduction and infinitely adjustable Omnimount checking system. The 9109 Omnicells are compact and low profile, which makes them the perfect choice for applications with limited space.

Omnicell® 9110 Series Tank Weighing Assembly

Tank weighing assembly made for low capacity, non-commercial weighing applications. It features an exclusive slider plate design that eliminates problems caused from thermal expansion.

Intalogix® Omnicells® Weighing Assembly Kits

A complete kit for turning your tank, bin or hopper into an accurate dependable scale with all the advantages of Fairbanks' exclusive Intalogix® Technology. Each kit contains three or four Omnicell® weighing assemblies, a NEMA 4X rated stainless steel Quad Multiplexer Board (QMB) and 27 feet of interface cable with 10 conductors.
