The difference between IWS/BSC and most of the large online scale stores is that they will just take your order and ship direct from the factory or their inventory a scale that has not been calibrated. You are merely a transaction and not a valued customer. When you receive your scale without a calibration report, you will have no assurance of it's accuracy. You may well be giving product away or cheating your customer. Our scales are calibrated before they leave the facility. We offer both ISO 17025 calibration report or standard Non-ISO report. We also service what we sell. If your scale needs repair or calibration in the future, you are offered the choice of shipping the scale back to our service department or we can send a technician to your site. After your new scale is received we will contact you to make sure the weighing equipment is up to your expectations and meets the requirements of your application. Price should not be the only consideration when you buy a piece of weighing equipment. It's the service after the sale that counts.
